Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• Not marked as Final Sale
• Not be underwear, socks, towels, or drinkware
• Swimwear bottoms must have the hygiene sticker intact and untampered
• Item is new, unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Item is free of odors, stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or damage
• All original tags and packaging are attached and intact, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Luvé reserves the right to decline any return.

Refund Policy

Orders must be returned back to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange, from the date your order is delivered, extended to 30 days for store credit.

For Change of Mind returns (where there is no fault with the product), refunds are only available to new customers on their first order. This does not apply to products with faults or defects. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
